By accessing our Site, booking an appointment, or engaging our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Site or Services. - Service Scope and Booking Process
Waterpipetest provides professional on-site water pipeline pressure testing services delivered at the customer’s specified residential or commercial premises in Europe.
Booking and Deposit: To secure an on-site service appointment, customers are required to pay an initial online booking deposit through our digital platform using our authorized payment processor.
Balance Payment: The remaining balance for the Services is due immediately upon the completion of the on-site service delivery.
Service Execution: Our certified technicians arrive at the scheduled location to perform the diagnostic pressure assessment according to standard operational procedures.
- Customer Obligations and Site Access
To ensure the safe and efficient performance of the Services, the customer agrees to:
Provide safe, unhindered access to the property and the relevant plumbing infrastructure at the scheduled appointment time.
Ensure that all necessary utilities, including water and electricity supply at the premises, are active and accessible.
Disclose any known structural hazards, recent plumbing modifications, or preexisting pipeline damage prior to the commencement of testing.
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel the service appointment if safe working conditions are not met, and a rescheduling fee may apply.
- Pricing and Payments
All service fees and deposit amounts listed on the Site are stated clearly.
Payment processing services on the Site are integrated securely. By submitting your payment details, you authorize us to charge the applicable deposit and final service balances.
- Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refund Policy
Customer Cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule your service appointment by contacting us via email at [email protected] at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time.
Deposit Refunds: Cancellations made with more than 24 hours notice are eligible for a full refund of the initial booking deposit. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, or instances where technicians are unable to access the property, are non-refundable to cover dispatch and operational preparation costs.
Service Warranty and Adjustments: If you experience any technical discrepancies directly related to the completed pressure test, you must notify us within 14 days of the service date. We will review the diagnostic data and, where appropriate, perform a secondary verification visit.
- Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties
Professional Standards: We perform our Services with reasonable care, skill, and professional diligence. However, plumbing infrastructure conditions vary significantly due to age, material wear, and prior installation quality.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Canadian and European law, Waterpipetest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including pre-existing structural leaks or hidden pipe failures exposed during normal diagnostic pressure testing. Our total cumulative liability for any direct claims arising from the Services shall be strictly limited to the total monetary amount actually paid by the customer for the specific service appointment in question.
No Absolute Guarantees: While our diagnostic procedures follow rigorous operational standards, pipeline integrity is subject to ongoing environmental and physical variables. We do not warrant that diagnostic evaluations will predict or prevent all future plumbing occurrences.
- Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to any choice of law principles. For consumers residing in the European Union, mandatory statutory consumer protection provisions of your country of habitual residence shall remain unaffected. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Victoria, British Columbia, or the competent European courts where mandatory consumer jurisdiction applies. - Contact Information
