Waterpipetest provides scheduled, on-site water pipeline pressure testing services delivered at the customer’s designated residential or commercial premises. Step 1: Online Appointment Selection & Deposit Booking
Action: Customers select an available on-site service window via www.waterpipetest.com and submit an initial online booking deposit using our secure payment processing system. Upon successful payment authorization, an automated booking confirmation containing the appointment reference, scheduled arrival window, and receipt is dispatched to the customer’s registered email address.
Step 2: Pre-Service Verification & Technician Dispatch
Timeline: Between 24 to 12 hours prior to the scheduled appointment window.
Action: Our operations team verifies site access details, contact numbers, and specific service addresses. A notification is sent to confirm the assigned technician dispatch. Customers must ensure unobstructed access to the main water shut-off valves and testing points prior to the technician’s arrival.
Step 3: On-Site Arrival and Initial Assessment
Action: The professional technician arrives at the premises, verifies the service scope, inspects the designated water pipeline sections, and confirms site readiness before commencing the pressure testing procedure.
Step 4: Pipeline Pressure Testing Execution
Timeline: Approximately 1 to 3 hours, depending on system complexity and property size.
Action: The technician connects testing apparatus to the isolated water lines, applies regulated test pressure, monitors gauge stability over the required observation duration, and records structural pressure retention data.
Step 5: Post-Test Reporting and Balance Settlement
Timeline: Immediately following test completion.
Action: The technician presents the findings, delivers a formal service report detailing system pressure metrics, and processes the remaining balance payment for the service. Final documentation and digital receipts are issued via email.
- Pricing, Deposits, and Payment Terms
Deposit Requirement: A mandatory online deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve the technician appointment slot. This deposit is credited toward the total service fee quoted for the requested testing scope.
Balance Settlement: The remaining balance for the on-site service must be settled immediately upon completion of the pressure testing procedure via our secure digital payment channels.
- Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Withdrawal Rights
Customer Rescheduling: Customers may reschedule their appointment without penalty provided notice is submitted through our support channel or website portal at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time.
Customer Cancellation and Statutory Withdrawal:
For consumers residing within the European Union, you maintain the statutory right to withdraw from a service contract within 14 days from the date of online booking without giving any reason, provided the service has not been fully performed.
By booking an appointment scheduled to take place within this 14-day window, the customer explicitly requests that service performance begin prior to the expiration of the withdrawal period and acknowledges that if the service is fully executed, the right of withdrawal is waived in accordance with Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU.
Cancellations made by the customer outside permitted grace periods or after technician dispatch may result in the forfeiture of the initial booking deposit to cover administrative and logistical allocations.
Merchant Cancellation: Waterpipetest reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen operational impediments, severe weather events, or technician unavailability. In such instances, customers will be notified promptly, and alternative scheduling options or a full refund of any paid deposits will be issued without undue delay.
